I’m a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy fitness no matter their age or experience level.
I’m passionate about making fitness approachable, fun, and sustainable. Whether you’re a busy professional trying to fit movement into your day, an older adult working on strength and balance, or brand new to fitness and not sure where to start — I’ve got you!

Over the years, I’ve led fitness and dance programs in community centres, corporate wellness settings, private studios, schools, and retirement homes working with clients aged 18 to 94. My style is upbeat, supportive, and tailored to YOU: your goals, your pace, your lifestyle.
